File2Dial is an automated file transfer utility using direct modem communication and X-Modem protocol. It can either act as client (sender/retriever) or server (receiver) and has bi-directional batch file transfer capability, automated dialing and configurable retries.
Main Features of the Software:

• User configurable recipients allow per user file deliveries
• Clients can work with multiple servers.
